Sun MC and Lunar Node Astrocartography Lines 

 

Today we’re going deep into my experiences traveling through Australia for two weeks — and let me tell you, this blog will be one of my longer ones because…

 

…SO. MUCH. HAPPENED. 

 

I never want to forget this trip, so I documented the unfolding in detail, every single day, by journaling and recording my observations for my future self, but also to share with you! 

 

Before we continue, I just want to say thank you for being here and spending your precious time reading my blog. I know the world feels so noisy right now with so much information swirling around us at all times, so the fact that you chose my content means the world to me. 

 

I got back to France after spending two magical weeks road-tripping across Australia, experiencing my South Node MC line, Sun MC line, and various paran lines as my husband and I slow-traveled through Australia. 

 

Let’s talk about it!

The Influence of Lunar Nodes 

 

In Brisbane, I was directly on my South Node MC, which means the North Node was on my IC angle because the lunar nodes exactly oppose each other. The Lunar Nodes have this polar opposite energy — the North Node increases and exaggerates energy, while the South Node decreases focus in a particular area of life.

Long story short, the Lunar Nodes on your map are places of high importance that will activate something important or karmic in your life. Don’t ignore these lines or points of interest when you’re looking at your astrocartography map — they’re a big deal. 

 

Sun MC Line Astrocartography

 

Not only did I get a big dose of my Lunar Node astrocartography lines, but I also had the Sun MC line influencing me in Australia. When I was in Sydney, I felt a medium-strength dose of this energy because I was about 272 miles (437 km) away from that Sun MC line. But in Brisbane, that influence increased because I got much closer to that line, about 185 miles (297 km) away.

(Remember, the closer you are in proximity to a planetary line, the more you’ll feel its energy. And if you’re more than 500 miles away, you won’t be influenced by that line at all.)

 

The Sun MC line and South Node were the main story of my trip. 

 

Every. Single. Time. I go to a Sun line, I get obsessed with self-improvement, self-betterment and developing a growth mindset. It wasn’t tooo much about business or things outside of myself, but rather how can I become better. I’ve visited my Sun lines around the world, like Dubai, and had many clients describe the same dedication to making positive internal mindset shifts to better themselves and their lives. 

 

North Node Relocated to the Fourth House 

The craziest thing I noticed immediately when I landed in Sydney was the remembrance and familiarity of the land in Australia. Keep in mind, I’d never been to Australia before, but I’d dreamt of visiting for YEARS. 

 

I literally wrote down in my journal, “I’ve been here. I’ve lived here before.” 

 

As we touched down, I felt this wave of peaceful release and comfort. Intuitively, and in my heart, I knew without a doubt, my soul had lived here in a past life. The knowingness was undeniable, and I felt that feeling the entire time I was in Australia. 

 

My relocated chart here relocates my North Node into Scorpio in the 4th house…

 

That’s placement’s sooo indicative of feeling a sense of familiarity, feeling a call to come to Australia, past life connections, focusing on family, and feeling at home. While I was there, I started talking to my mom on the phone every other day, which I NEVER do. I’m not a family-oriented person at all. I grew up an only child and couldn’t wait to leave home. I’m not usually someone who needs to keep in touch with family. 

 

I say this to build a little foundation of knowledge about me so you can understand how weird or out of character it is that I come to Australia and suddenly all I want to do is talk to my family. I even called my husband’s parents three or four times on this trip!

 

As someone who normally obsesses about career, being of service to people, public reputation, and growing my business, suddenly switching to caring more about family, foundations, and belonging feels almost foreign to me.

 

…but that’s exactly what the North Node in the 4th house represents — roots, familial connection, home, tradition, and past lives. 

 

I even noticed myself asking my husband tons of questions during a long drive to Port Macquaire about his childhood, what he believed growing up, and just the overall foundations of his life.  

 

North Node on Your Astrocartography Map and Relocated Charts

So wherever the North Node lands in your relocated chart — in my case, the 4th house — expect volume up, maybe a little obsession and intensity in that area of life. And contrarily, whatever house the South Node touches will suddenly not feel as important or crucial. 

 

In my case, that meant not obsessing over my career for two weeks (because my South Node MC, the angle that represents career and public reputation, and my North Node was on my IC, the angle of home, family, and roots).

 

Which has never really happened until I went to Australia. 

 

But here’s the “issue”…

 

I absolutely adore Australia. It’s a luxurious vacay spot. It’s great. It’s fun.

But could I relocate here?

Should I Move to a Sun Astrocartography line?

 

No. I’m in a first-quarter lunar progression phase of my life where I’m building my career. There’s no slowing down right now — that’s apparent in my chart and my transits. I’m growing, expanding, and building my astrology business, so moving to Australia wouldn’t be a good move on my part because my career isn’t (and was never meant to be) the area of importance in this location. 

 

It simply doesn’t fit my timeline. 

You get to choose. That’s one of my favorite aspects of astrocartography.

 

Sun on the MC Angle is Publicity

 

The Sun on the MC angle is a fame or recognition line. Period. 

 

This astrocartography line signifies publicity, recognition, acknowledgement, and success. Within 24 hours of landing in Sydney, within orb of my Sun MC line, I received an email from The Times wanting to interview me for a feature on astrocartography. 

 

That’s HUGE publicity for me. And it doesn’t stop there… 

 

One day later, another email popped into my inbox from Business Insider asking to interview and feature me in a piece HERE about astrocartography. That’s two major journalism publications wanting to promote my work!! 

People were reaching out to me during my two weeks in Australia, wanting to collaborate or feature me on their podcast. And on top of everything, I randomly repurposed a reel on Instagram (that I honestly dedicated like 10 mins to because I wasn’t focused on posting at all) that got 150,000+ views and 400+ new followers.

 

My post naturally skyrocketed and gained a lot of views and traction.

And all I did was copy / paste an old caption I wrote and reuse an old video.

 

This doesn’t happen to me when I’m at home in France in between my Saturn and Venus lines. But it always happens when I visit when I’m on an MC line like Jupiter MC, Sun MC, or Moon MC. 

 

THE POWER OF ASTROCARTOGRAPHY

Trust me, astrocartography is potent and quite literal. 

 

When you go to a Sun line, things can unfold a lot faster. Energetically within you and literally.

There’s this feeling of shining that’s really magnetic. Sun lines can opportunities into your life, such as fame, appreciation, and public recognition. But also….clarity. 

Clarity about who you are, what you want, what you desire.

 

I love Sun lines in general —  I always get sooo much clarity about the next actionable steps I want to take and what deserves my focus, whether that’s about my self-development, or creative self-expression. 

 

When I say I got an abundance of clarity, I truly mean it.

I filled my manifestation journal three fourths of the way full within two weeks, talking about all things personal development, next professional moves I want to make, what goals I’m working towards in the next 5, 10 years with my husband, and just overall the higher vision I hold for myself.

 

And this is the case for a lot of people, which is why the Sun astrocartography lines can be such beautiful places to live. 

 

Another thing I noticed?

 

On Sun lines, I spontaneously book podcast studios and record episodes for hours on end. I didn’t plan this before I came — like I said, I came to Australia with a clear schedule, nothing on the calendar. Just an empty two weeks to see what would unfold and how I’d feel, but I had a BURST of inspiration and recorded podcasts from 9 am to 5 pm!

 

I find that interesting, because the exact thing happened on my Sun line in Dubai.

 

 

But First…Check Your Birth Chart

 

Your Sun lines aren’t going to feel exactly like my Sun lines. 

 

You might feel much more light-hearted and playful, while I have intense experiences (thanks to my natal Pluto exactly opposing my Sun by degree).

 

My sun line does things in a BIG way, due to that exact opposition from Pluto.

 

This is why, with astrocarography, we always look at your birth chart too.

 

That’s step number 1.

 

Your birth chart has your specific themes, lessons, and promises baked into it, giving much more insight into how you’ll feel on your Sun lines. 

 

My astrocartography lines in Australia pushed me to radically accept myself, my childhood, and my past so I can become the biggest, most expansive woman I was meant to be. I’m on a soul-led mission to continue exploring the world, to see exactly what each of my astrocartography lines has to offer, so I can report back to you. 

 

I know that’s what I was born to do in this life. 

So, why did I come to my Sun MC line? Why was I drawn to my Lunar Node lines?

 

Honestly, it’s hard to fully express because so much unfolded on an energetic level. I can’t find the perfect words to describe how I felt inside.
