Hello astro kindred spirit and welcome to the blog where I’ll be sharing my 5 secrets to finding love and relationships using astrocartography.
If you’re new to my blog and youtube channel, you’ve heard me preach it a million times: LOCATION MATTERS!
Where you live does indeed matter when it comes to astrology. We can feel the energies of places and certain spots hold a lot of emphasis and activations for us!
Here’s the thing you need to know when it comes to astrocartography: you have a birth chart but also multiple relocated charts that show you your stories around the world. And by using astrocartography and locational astrology, you can unlock your natal promise in the world! Think of your map as reading your story in regards to location! It’s so cool and I’ve been obsessively teaching this on the internet for years!
Let’s get into how to find your relationships in the world using astrocartography.
Venus Lines for Finding Love in Astrocartography
Venus is the planet that represents love, relationships and partnership. So yes. Venus lines are going to be huge for love, and that is always something to consider. The amount of clients I’ve met who found their partner on their Venus line is far too common to skip out!
However, you also have other love lines in the world and it all goes back to your natal chart.
Before we go any further, be sure to get my astrocartography cheat sheet where you can get all of the meanings of all the lines on your map. And I just recently updated it and added the pictures of the glyphs so that you know exactly what to look out for on your astrocartography map.
Be sure to pull up your free map on Astro.com using the Astro Click Travel feature in tandem with this cheatsheet.
1.Look at the Descendent Astrocartography Lines for Relationships
Once you’ve pulled up your astrocartography map, if you’re looking for love and relationship themes, you’re going to want to look at your Descendent lines. Lines might say DSC or DC, but those are your descendant lines. These lines are really important because they represent relationships in your life, your interactions with people and the energies and stories that emanate from others.
This answers the basic question: who are your people and where are they in the world?
Descendent lines are key when it comes to influential relationship locations in the world.
2.Pull up a Relocated Chart for New Locations
The second secret for finding love locations in the world? Along with the astrocartography map, you’re going to want to pull up a relocated chart. Having planets move into the seventh house in your relocated chart shows more stories, interactions and activity around relationships and connecting with people.
Remember from my previous blog post that what you are seeing in the relocated chart is a reflection as to what’s happening on your astrocartography map.
So let’s say you have a descendant line somewhere in the world. You want to cross reference that with your relocated chart and see what’s going on in that 7th house. Is that planet in the 6th or 7th house in the new chart?
3. Look at the Local Space Lines
You can also find your love stories and relationships stories on your astrocartography map by pulling up your local space lines. Local space is a locational astrology technique that’s separate from astrocartography, but you can add it to your map to see additional lines. Local space is really helpful for seeing the exact cities, towns, and areas where you have directional lines going through. I’ve had so many clients meet their life-long partners on these lines!
Certain local space lines are going to be more social, vibrant, alive, and show more connection with people than other lines.
4. For Love Stories, Don’t Forget to Study the Parans on Your Astrocartography Map
Secret number four, you definitely want to check those parans. On the free website Astro.com, they are called “latitude crossings.”
These parans can make or break a place and show you difficult relationships or unease in communication with people. These astrocartography latitude lines can also reflect locations where there are problems with people, such as drama, manipulation, obsession, paranoia. I’m talking Venus and Pluto parans. They can be a doozy and not for everyone. I don’t usually recommend living on them but there can be love stories at that latitude on your astrocartography map.
Remember: Parans are latitude lines based off your astrocartography line crossings
They’re horizontal lines that are going across your map, and they are created from two astrocartography lines crossings.
Note: You will not see them visibly on a free map like Astro.com, which is why I recommend using a professional software for accuracy to see exactly where the lines are going. Astro Seek, another free astrocartography mapping website, has the paran lines listed inaccurately. Do not use AstroSeek when it comes to the mapping feature because the parans are not exactly where they are on the map.
Astocartography Software Recommendations
I use both Astro Gold (for Mac) and Solar Fire (for PC). I’ve been using both softwares for years and love Solar Fire a bit more for the mapping feature (here’s a free tutorial) but Astro Gold has some fun relocation chart features.
If you ever fancied getting a software for yourself, you can use my discount codes for 15% off. These are affiliate codes and I reached out to both companies to get you discount codes!
Astro Gold (mac) – Get 15% off with my code HELENA15
Solar Fire (windows) – Get 15% off with my code WOODS15
Certain latitude lines are going to be more fortuitous and advantageous for relationships, harmony, and ease of communication with people. And I teach this more in depth in my love lines workshop.

This beginner workshop goes very in-depth so if you’re an intermediate astrologer or an advanced astrologer but don’t know astro mapping yet, this workshop is magical!
Your chart is going to be different from someone else’s. Your unique love line may be different from another. For instance, I met my husband on my Mercury astrocartography line. I know plenty of people who met their partners on your Sun astrocartography lines. Again, it all depends on your unique birth chart. And I’m going to be teaching more in depth on this in my relationship love astrocartography workshop here.
Also, fun fact: the rule that I made for ALL of my course programs and workshops is that you get lifetime access, no expiration date on the course material. If your intuition feels it’s a fit, I’m excited for you to learn your best relationship places using astrocartography!
5. Look at the Lunar Nodes on your Astrocartography Map
And finally, we have secret number five. Next you want to pull up the lunar nodes. Those lunar nodes, the moon’s nodes, also known as the North Node, South Node are those black little horseshoe icons on your astro map.
When you see the nodes, those are really significant karmic, important places in the world for you. So note where those node lines are in the world!
And there you have it! Those are my five essential secrets for knowing where your relationships are in the world and where to find love using astrocartography. Obviously this goes way more in depth as astrology is very complex and multi-layered but this is a great way to get started reading your map of the world!
You can do so much with this knowledge, including using remote activation, which is setting your location on your dating app profile to the parts of the world where you have these lines!
Using parans we can use astrocartography to be more precise, to be more specific and finding exactly where should you target these areas, whether it’s for hiring your coworker, finding your best friends or just meeting the love of your life through a dating app.
Your astrocartography map has the story written right on it and no better time than NOW to look into it!
I hope you found a lot of value and education in today’s post. If you wanted to learn more and go more in depth with this, check out my love lines astrocartography workshop here.
