Strasbourg Engagement Photographer at the Christmas Market

As an engagement photographer in Strasbourg, this Christmas season in Alsace, France was magical and jam-packed. 

I had Candace and Matt’s Strasbourg Christmas engagement session in late November when the weather was perfect and the Strasbourg’s capital of Christmas in full force. 

We started our Strasbourg engagement session at the Palais Rohan Christmas market before making our way to Petite France and the charming Alsatian wooden houses along the canal. 

Candace and Matt are so laid-back, friendly and it was super easy to hang out with them and chat. After our fun engagement session at the Christmas market in Strasbourg, they were so nice to invite me and my husband, Alex, for drinks at Matt’s favorite bar in town! Matt and Candace had already had their proposal back in the U.S., but were visiting Strasbourg to see the famous Christmas market and see Matt’s old favorite spots – as he has studied abroad here in Strasbourg years ago!

I was easily won over by these two, especially when Alex and I found out that one of their favorite things is traveling around Europe…and the local favorite drinks! My husband could 100% relate and it was a fun time getting to know them, their love story and their wedding plans and sipping the local Alsatian ciders and wines after the shoot.
