In a few shorts weeks, Alex and I will be going on our 2 month honeymoon to Egypt! Due to the cheap cost of living and diving classes to pass the time away, we decided a small diving village called Dahab will be the perfect place to call home for the summer. But in August, we have one-way tickets to France where we will live for a few (if not more) years while Alex teaches English and I contemplate going back to University. Because I won’t be be able to have a traditional job living in Europe, I have decided to focus my efforts on building my photography portfolio and explore Europe. Here is my “bucket list” of destinations I plan to visit while living in Europe. Thankfully it is easy and cheap to travel around Europe via high-speed train and cheap flights via RyanAir.
This list will evolve and change as I discover small villages and off-the-beaten-path locations that not many travel bloggers venture to. With the rise of gentrification and tourism, my goal is to experience the European way of life in lesser known cities and small towns that haven’t been bombarded with selfie-sticks and Instagram popularity.
I want to truly eat, breathe, and live like a normal European / expat, and I yearn to change and merge with the European way of life. My goal is to truly l i v e it.
Some of the cities below were an inspiration to me from my fellow bloggers, photographers, and vloggers that I follow. If you love following blogs and videos, you may love these lovely and courageous ladies as well. They continue to inspire me and my aspirations. 🙂
May these destinations inspire you and your future travels!
